Toast canapés with a mushroom filling
1 package whole grain toast bread, 300g cream cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 smaller potato, 500g fresh mushrooms, a few cloves of garlic, 50ml white wine, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon salt.
Open sandwich with peppers and melted cheese
8 slices of Wholemeal bread with a mix of grains 1 green, 1 orange and 1 red sweet pepper, finely chopped 100g Gouda cheese, diced into cubes 2 tablespoons finely chopped olives finely chopped fresh parsley salt and freshly ground pepper

8 slices of Wholemeal bread with a mix of grains 150g grated feta cheese 2 teaspoons of dill seeds 2 tomatoes, chopped into cubes oregano salt and freshly ground pepper 4 lettuce leaves
