Management Board

Nikolaos Voudouris was born in 1968. Since September 1, 2018 he is President of the Management Board and General Manager of Zito Luks AD Skopje and Chief Executive Officer of Elbisco S.A. He has many years of previous professional work experience in several Greek and international companies. Nikolaos graduated from the National Technical University, Athens and holds an Engineering Diploma in Chemical Engineering as well as Master of Science (MS) title in Food Science, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, USA.

Mr. Dimitrios Plakoutsis was born in 1965. In 1988, he completed his higher education at the Faculty of Political Science – Department of Sociology, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

He has built his professional career across several companies and industries within the FMCG sector, gaining extensive international experience in various managerial positions. His long-standing experience has allowed him to develop significant expertise in sales, marketing, management, and business relationship development.

As part of his professional career, Mr. Plakoutsis also served as the Deputy General Manager of Zhito Luks, where his knowledge and experience contributed to the company’s development and to establishing successful collaborations with local businesses and the distribution network.

He is fluent in English and has a strong command of Macedonian and Serbian.

Georgios Thriskos was born in 1970. He started working in Zito Luks AD Skopje in 2021 as member of the Management Board in charge of sales, logistics and distribution. He acquired his longstanding experience in many international companies in the food industry in Greece, Serbia, Romania, holding the positions, such as General Manager, Director and Manager of sales, distribution, export, business development. He has also gained numerous certificates for successfully attending trainings and seminars in the field of sales and marketing.

Olivera Gjurovska was born in 1980. She has been working in Zito Luks AD Skopje since 2004 in several positions, starting as finance assistant, then senior finance analyst, financial reporting manager and internal auditor. Since 2019 she has worked as Finance Controlling Manager, in the Finance Sector in Zito Luks AD Skopje. Olivera is a graduated economist, Major in Accounting and Audit, at the Faculty of Economics – Skopje, University Ss. Cyril & Methodius, Skopje, where she obtained the title of Master of Science in economics – Major in Accounting and Audit. Olivera is member of the Management Board responsible for Finance and Control.

Antoanela Petrovic was born in 1971. She graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje in 1996.
She has devoted her 25-years of professional career to marketing by working in leading positions in several world-renowned marketing agencies in Macedonia and abroad, focusing on strategic planning, brand building and devising creative and media strategies for many domestic and international brands. She continued her career in the FMCG industry in Froneri Serbia, an ice cream producer operating in 24 countries, as a Regional Brand Manager for the Nestle and Mondelez product group in charge of 9 countries in the region.
She started working in Zito Luks in 2019 as a Shopper Marketing Manager, and later engaged in the sales team as Key Buyers Manager. Currently, she is Director of Marketing and Shopper Marketing and a strategist for the key national buyers.
