  • 8 eggs
  • 12 thin slices of bacon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • cut into thin rounds
  • lettuce
  • olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION

Place the bread slices in a baking dish and poor a little olive oil. Bake until crisp. Fry the bacon, then add the eggs and chopped tomatoes. Top the bread slices and cut them in triangles.
