Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Wholemeal bread with a mix of grains
  • 200g canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons low-calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 fresh onions, finely chopped
  • 1 mild red pepper
  • finely chopped
  • 1 small spoon of dill
  • finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 lettuce leaves

PREPARATION

Drain tuna slices. Chop the onion and peppers. Mix the tuna with mayonnaise and add the onion, pepper, dill, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on half of the bread slices, add lettuce leaf and cover every slice with another slice of bread.
