PREPARATION

Knead a soft and smooth dough and divide it into 4-5 pieces. Roll each piece into a round pie loaf. Fry it without oil on a very hot pan or on the grill for better results. In a deep bowl, mix the beans and mash until puree. Add the sour cream, feta cheese, corn, finely chopped dill, garlic and lemon juice. Stir well. Add salt to taste and stir again. Take a slice of pie bread, put a few leaves of spinach, apply the mixture with the mashed beans and apply slices of cucumber and tomato. Fold all the ingredients with the pie bread and place in foil to keep the shape. Leave in the refrigerator to harden for about 1 hour.
