PREPARATION

In a deep bowl, mash the avocado and add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, salt, lemon juice and ground black pepper. Beat the chicken steak by smearing it in a beaten egg, add salt and ground black pepper and smear it on bread crumbs. Fry on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on both sides. Arrange the toast bread, lettuce leaves, chicken steak, tomato circles, yellow cheese and guacamole salad with avocado. Finally, close the sandwich with another slice of toasted bread.
