Ingredients

  • 50 ml tomato sauce
  • 100 g bacon

PREPARATION

In a deep bowl put the flour, milk, oil, yeast, salt and sugar. Knead a soft and smooth dough and let it rise for about 1 hour at room temperature. Divide it into small balls, depending on the size of the pan. Roll each ball into a small crust and put the grated yellow cheese, tomato sauce, parmesan and pieces of bacon in it. Using your palms again, fold the dough together with the fillings in a ball. Put the balls prepared in this way in a pan (separated a little from each other) coated with oil or butter. Allow the balls to rise for 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Coat them with beaten egg. Bake around 20-25 minutes until they get a nice golden brown color.
