PREPARATION

Knead a dough from the flour, egg and salt and wrap it in a foil for fresh food. Then leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then a thin crust is rolled out of the dough. On one half of the dough put cream cheese and parmesan at a distance. Then the other crust is folded and cut into squares. Boil the ravioli for 7-10 minutes in boiling water with a little salt. Serve with tomato sauce and grated Parmesan.
