For the red cream salad:

  • 1 jar of beetroot, finely chopped
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 6-7 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt and ground pepper to taste

For the white cream salad:

  • 2 chicken steaks, boiled and cut into cubes
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and finely chopped
  • 2 eggs boiled and finely chopped
  • 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • salt and black pepper

PREPARATION

First, put the ingredients for the red cream salad in a bowl and mix until combined. Then mix all the ingredients for the white cream salad in another bowl until combined. In a pan, arrange slices of white toast bread, then apply a layer of white cream salad, then another layer of bread, a layer of red cream salad and finish with another layer of bread. Finally, coat the whole salty cake with cream cheese or sour cream. Garnish with finely chopped beetroot and parsley.
