PREPARATION

First knead the dough from the first ingredients and put the soft dough in fresh food paper, nicely folded and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Roll out the dough and cut whole circles from one half, and from the other cut circles with a little hole in the middle. Bake the cookies on baking sheets lined with baking paper in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely and apply strawberry jam to each cookie (with no hole). Cover with the circles with the holes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
