Knead the dough from all these ingredients. Mash the potatoes, add the eggs, salt and olive oil. If necessary, add the flour you need to get a soft dough. Divide the dough into several pieces and cut the gnocchi as desired. You can cut them as in the picture and press them with a fork to make them look nice. Smear them in flour and put them to boil in boiling salted water (about 2.5 liters of water) for about 3-4 minutes. When they float to the surface, it means they are ready. Heat the butter in a pan on the fire and let the gnocchi fry on both sides for 2 minutes until they get a nice crust on their surface. Preparing the sauce: In the same pan where the gnocchi were fried, heat the olive oil and add the garlic to fry just a little to release its aromas (about 1 minute). Then add the tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. Before it's done, add another tablespoon of olive oil and grated Parmesan. Stir and add the gnocchi to absorb the sauce. Serve in a bowl with fresh or dried basil.
