  • 1 package White bread
  • 200 g smoked salmon, or salmon fillets baked and finely chopped
  • 5 pickles
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • little salt
  • little pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

PREPARATION

Mix the salmon with the sour cream, mayonnaise and finely chopped pickles in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture. From the pieces of bread, with the help of a flower-shaped mold, extract canapes. The flower-shaped canapes are arranged in a mini-muffin tin and baked for 2-3 minutes at a temperature of 150° C. Once baked, they are left to cool and then stuffed with salmon filling. They are decorated as desired.
