PREPARATION
The biscuits are coarsely chopped and placed in a bowl. A rectangular module is coated with baking paper. Melt the butter and cocoa on low heat and mix until the butter melts. Add the milk and mix until the ingredients are combined. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the brandy. The mixture prepared in this way is added to the biscuits and mixed to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Place the biscuit mixture in a rectangular mold, cover with foil and leave to cool in the freezer for a few hours. Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate crumbs and decorate with candied cherries.
