  • 5-6 slices Rusk with sesame
  • 150-300 ml of warm water
  • a few slices of ham and cheese

  • mashed tomato (or ketchup)
  • oregano

PREPARATION

Break the rusks into small pieces, place them on the roasting pan and pour them over with warm water until soft. Beat the eggs and spread the mass on the bread. Top with ketchup or mashed tomato. Finally, top with all the other ingredients (ham, cheese, mushrooms, etc.) and sprinkle with oregano. The pizza is baked at 220 °C, for about 20 minutes.
