PREPARATION

Knead the dough from the ingredients and leave it to rise. Stir and leave to rise again, until the volume has doubled. Mix the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Each part is rolled into a rectangular shape. From the three parts, a braid is made and placed in a tray lined with baking paper. Leave to rise once more. Coat with beaten egg and bake at 150° C for about 40-50 minutes.
