PREPARATION

Arrange the slices of the toast bread in a pan and toast them at 150 degrees for about 5-7 minutes on both sides. Take a piece of toasted bread and coat it with béchamel sauce. Put a piece of ham, two pieces of yellow cheese, put another piece of toasted bread, a layer of béchamel sauce, ham and pieces of yellow cheese. Cover the whole sandwich with a slice of toasted bread, a little béchamel sauce and grated yellow cheese. Sprinkle with ground black pepper to taste.
