Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wheat rusk;
  •  200 g of white chicken meat (steak);
  • 30 g parmesan;
  •  3 garlic cloves;
  • lettuce;
  • 2-4 cherry tomatoes;
  • juice of 1 lemon;
  • sour cream;
  • mayonnaise;
  • olive oil;
  • salt;

PREPARATION

Fry the steaks in a non-stick pan. When cool, cut them into long strips. Break the rusks into tiny pieces, mix them with the chopped garlic and fry them in olive oil. Then put them on a paper napkin to soak up excess oil. Mix the rest of the olive oil with lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Pour the resulting olive oil sauce over the chopped lettuce. Place the steak strips, rusk, cherry tomatoes and grated Parmesan on the top, and pour over the sauce of mixed cream and mayonnaise.
