PREPARATION

Remove the seeds of the peppers, chop them in small pieces and fry them in olive oil until softened. Fry the garlic in a little olive oil. In the same pan put the Swiss chard cut into small pieces. Once done, top each rusk slice with tuna and fried peppers, and decorate with Swiss chard.
