The Dija bread is made of 100% integral wheat and 100% integral rye flour. It contains non-digestible carbohydrates that maintain normal blood glucose levels making it suitable for people with diabetes and is therefore supported by the RSM Union of Associations of Diabetics. 1 package of White bread 1 kg of cooked chicken steak 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 lemon juice and zest finely grated 80g of melted butter 80g largely chopped arugula ¾ cup of finely chopped spicy herbs (parsley, mint, dill, basil), salt and pepper
Burgers
1 package of Wholemeal bread with a mix of grains 500 grams minced beef meat 1 small grated carrot 1 chopped small red onion ½ cup cream cheese 1 grated zucchini 1 beaten egg bread crumbs 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablespoon oil 1 diced tomato
Breakfast with eggs and bread slices
8 slices of Rye bread 8 eggs 12 thin slices of bacon 2 tomatoes cut into thin rounds lettuce olive oil salt and freshly ground pepper
Open sandwich with peppers and melted cheese
