PREPARATION

Knead a soft dough after mixing the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk and egg. Leave the dough to rest for 40 minutes at room temperature. Kneed the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Roll out each part into a round shape and cut into eights. The eights of the first crust are lined up in a round pan lined with baking paper, making a circle in the middle. Repeat the proccedure with the eights of the second crust, arranging each eighth among the previously ordered from the first crust. Coat the crusts with tomato sauce, and at the beginning of each eighth put the bacon, ham, chopped mushrooms and grated yellow cheese. Fold the tops inwards to cover the filling. Coat the cake with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Leave for 10 minutes, then bake for about 25 minutes at 170° C.
