PREPARATION

Cut the slices of bread into cubes and arranged them in a deep baking dish, greased or lined with baking paper. Add the previously fried and chopped bacon, chopped onion and yellow cheese. Mix all ingredients. In another deep bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and add this to the bread mixture. Cover the prepared pan with a paper for fresh food and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours for the flavors to combine. Before baking, add grated cheddar cheese and bake for about 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 170° C. After baking, apply the grated yellow cheese on top.
