PREPARATION

Mix the flour, water and melted butter to get a soft dough and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Mix the flour and butter to get a dough, and place it between two baking sheets to form a square. Leave the dough prepared in this way in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to tighten the butter. Roll the dough out lengthwise, and then the greasy dough in the same shape and length. First, we place the greasy dough on the workplace and then the first dough. Fold it 3 times and leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. From the dough obtained in this way, rollo out a long crust, and fold it in half twice. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Repeat the procedure twice more. From the obtained puff pastry, form a long crust with a thickness of 0,5 cm. Coat the crust with the tomato sauce and arrange the pieces of ham and yellow cheese and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios. Roll the crust out from one side to the middle, then from the other side to the middle. Using a knife, cut pieces lay them into a tin tray and bake at 200° C for 15-20 minutes.
