Ingredients

  • 300 g Extra white flour type 400
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 240 g cold butter, diced
  • 120 g potato puree
  • 120 ml yogurt
  • 1 egg for coating
  • 1 tablespoon milk for coating

PREPARATION

In a deep bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add the cold butter and rub it into the flour with your hands, forming a sandy texture. Mix the mashed potatoes and yogurt on the side. Add it to the mixture and knead the dough. If necessary, add flour to form a nice soft dough. Spread a crust and cut out circles with the help of a glass. Arrange them in a pan lined with paper, coat them with egg and milk mixed together. Sprinkle with oregano if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
