LIME TARTLETS

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Cookies with chocolate pieces
  • 75 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice 
  • 100 ml of condensed milk 
  • 230 g cream cheese 
  • 55 g of melted butter 
  • 150 g of sweet sour cream (extra for decoration).

PREPARATION

Mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until a soft mixture is obtained, then add the condensed milk. Mix everything to get a homogeneous mixture. Add the lime juice. The sweet cream, previously whipped is added to the mixture of cream cheese and everything is mixed until well combined. The silicone muffin tins are filled with the cream cheese mixture from the mold at a hight of ¾. Pour the biscuit mixture on top and leave in fridge until the cream hardens. Carefully remove from the silicone modules and serve with the biscuit base at the bottom. Garnish with sweet sour cream and a slice of lime.
