  • 100 g of coconut
  • 3 teaspoons of cocoa
  • 5 tablespoons of honey
  • 5 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • about 10-30 ml of fresh orange juice
  • powdered sugar for decoration

PREPARATION

In a deep bowl put the ground cookies, coconut, cocoa, honey, melted butter, a pinch of salt and brown sugar. Start kneading the mixture until it starts to form a dough so that you can shape the balls. Add orange juice as needed. Using an ice cream spoon, form balls and decorate with powdered sugar. You can eat the cookies right away or leave them in the fridge to cool down a bit.
