PREPARATION

Knead the dough from the flour, salt, garlic, rosemary, bukovec (dried crushed red pepper), yeast and water. Add the chopped olives and form a ball of dough. Leave it in a bowl to rest for about 2 hours until the volume increases. The dough will be very soft and almost impossible to knead. But with a little floured hands, you can manage. Mix it again on a kitchen towel floured with Extra flour, leave it to rest for another 30 minutes so that you cover it with the ends of the cloth so as not dry out. In the oven preheated to 200 degrees, place a round pan on the mechanism with a diameter of 26 cm. Using a cloth, remove the pan, fold it and quickly turn the bread over with the cloth in the hot pan. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees, then lower to 180 and bake for another 20 minutes.
