Chocolate cubes with vanilla cream

Ingredients

For the sponge cake:

  • 800 ml milk   
  • 3 vanilla pudding   
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 180 g  of butter

For glaze:

  • 200 g cooking chocolate 
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

PREPARATION

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a deep bowl. Add flour, cocoa and baking poweder and mix well. Finally add the cooking oil and stir until smooth mixture. From this mixture, bake 4 crusts one by one in a rectangular pan at 170 °C for about 10 minutes Filling: Prepare the three puddings according to the instructions. Whisk the cooled pudding with a mixer and add the butter. Stir until you get a smooth mixture. Put one crust in a pan, cover it with filling, and repeat the procedure until the last crust. Glaze: in a bowl, melt the chocolate with the milk and oil on a steamer and pour it over the cake. Leave the prepared cake to cool. Decorate with crushed almonds.
