PREPARATION

Place the previously minced cookies in a deep bowl. Add 100 g of butter, water, 100 g of powdered sugar and chestnut puree. Knead the dough and put it between two pieces of foil for fresh food. Leave it in the refrigerator to harden for about 1 hour. In a bowl with an electric mixer, mix 250 g butter and 200 g powdered sugar. Add the coconut. Apply the already tightened crust. Form a roll and leave it in the refirgerator for 1 hour to harden. Pour melted chocolate on top.
