PREPARATION

In a deep bowl make a dough out of all the ingredients. Let stand for about 40-50 minutes at room temperature. During this time, in a pan on the fire, heat the cooking oil and fry the onions. Add the minced meat and spices. Stir and add the tomato sauce. Cook for 10 minutes and set aside until completely cooled. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and fold it to one side to form a cane. On one side of the dough, make a few cuts so you can fold the cane like in the photo. On the other side, apply the minced meat filling and fold the cane with the cut parts. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and coat with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
