PREPARATION

In another deep bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer to get a frothy mixture. Add the previously melted and cooled chocolate and mix everything on high speed. Add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour ingredients to the mixture prepared in this way. Mix everything well and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden. The cookies are formed into balls and dipped in powdered sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 10-12 minutes.
