Ingredients

For the cake dough:

PREPARATION

Put the dry ingredients in a deep bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until foamy. Add the eggs. Whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture. Finally, add vanilla extract and orange peel. Put the dry ingredients and sour cream on the prepared mixture. Mix well. Put the mixture in a mold and bake for about 40 minutes at 170 °C. Topping: Boil the sugar and water. Cut the oranges into circles and add them to the sorbet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Pour the hot sorbet over the cooled cake, then top њитх the pieces of orange. Optionally, decorate with fresh mint.
