PREPARATION

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with a few drops of olive oil and add the parsley, salt and pepper. Spread with the cream-cheese half of the bread slices. Add two pieces of tomato, 2 slices of turkey meat and a leaf of lettuce on each slice. On top, put another slice of bread.
