PREPARATION

Knead a dought from the flour, salt, sugar, butter and water. Cover the dough with a foil for fresh food and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Spread a crust with a rolling pin forming a round shape and put it in a baking dish. Peaches are cut into slices and placed in a deep bowl. Add sugar and pudding powder. All ingredients are mixed. The prepared filling is placed on the crust. From the rest of the dough, long strips are formed, which are arranged through the filling to get the appearance of a net. Before baking, the pie is placed in a deep freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden nicely. Bake at 200° C for about 15 minutes and another 30 minutes at 170° C until golden brown.
