Ingredients

  • 500 g Extra white flour type 400
  • 200 ml lukewarm water
  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 60 ml cooking oil

PREPARATION

In a large bowl knead a dough out of the flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar and cooking oil. Leave it for about 60 minutes and roll it into a rectangular crust. Cut strips about 10 cm long and about 2-3 cm wide. Coat each strip with margarine and roll it. Allow the rolls to rise for about 20-30 minutes, coat with melted margarine and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
