PREPARATION

First cut the slices of toast bread with a glass to form circles. Coat each piece of bread with mustard, add a slice of ham and yellow cheese (cut the cheese with scissors to have more spikes) and a piece of bent ham, as in the photo. Cover with another piece of toast bread topped with mustard and prick two olives on toothpicks. Decorate the sandwiches as in the photo.
