PREPARATION

Beat the eggs and sugar to get a frothy mixture. Add oil, ground walnuts and raisins, mixed with flour and baking powder. Mix everything well with a spatula. The mixture is placed in a round mold lined with baking paper. Bake at 150 ° C for about 20 minutes. The sponge cake is left to cool, then cut into two pieces horizontally. Whip the cream cheese together with the sweet cream and powdered sugar until you get a firm mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Apply one half of the melted chocolate on one half of the sponge cake, arrange the strawberries all over the surface, then apply half of the filling and coat with the chocolate and coat with the filling again.
