PREPARATION

Mix the flour, salt and butter with a wooden spoon. Add water and eggs, beaten together. Mix everything to get a homogeneous mixture. Put the dough prepared in this way in a bowl and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Spread a 1 cm thick crust with a rolling pin on the floured work surface. The crust is transferred to a round pan (tart pan) and left in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before baking, pierce with a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 200 ° C. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a bowl on the fire, add the previously sliced leek and fry for 5 minutes. Add this to the previously cooled crust and add the grated yellow cheese on top. Finally, add the previously beaten neutral sour cream with the eggs and salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° C for about 40 minutes.
