  • 3 packs Soft cookies with chocolate pieces
  • 2 egg yolks 
  • 4 tablespoons sugar  
  • 200 g of cooking chocolate 
  • 250 g butter 
  • 100 ml milk  
  • a little rum 
  • 100 g of chopped raisins 
  • 100 g finely chopped jelly 
  • 100 g chopped walnuts

PREPARATION

Beat the yolks and sugar on a steamer, add the chocolate, mix everything and leave to cool. Beat the butter on the side and mix with the yolk mixture. The biscuits are crushed and sprinkled with cold milk, then add to the mixture of butter and chocolate. Add the raisins (previously soaked in rum), the jelly, the nuts and mix everything well to get a homogeneous mixture. Balls are formed from the mixture and decorated as desired.
