  • chive (or parsley or scallions)
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

PREPARATION

Rub the rusks with garlic, pour olive oil on each slice and top it with a slice of prosciutto, chopped cherry tomatoes (in half) and a little mozzarella. Let them cook until the cheese melts then, sprinkle with chopped chive (or parsley or onions) and pour a little olive oil.
