Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 3 slices leek, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g cottage cheese or crushed cheese

PREPARATION

Heat the oil in a pan on the fire and fry the leek for 5 minutes. Add eggs and cottage cheese to the cooled fried leek. In a deep bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast and salt and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts. Coat each portion with cooking oil and leave for about 10 minutes. Put the first crust on a cloth sheet and stretch it as thinly as possible. Top the stretched crust with the filling and fold it into a roll with the help of the cloth. Repeat the procedure with the other crusts. Arrange the prepared pie in a greased baking tray and sprinkle with cooking oil. Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes. Once the pie is baked, cover it with a damp cloth to keep the crusts soft and crumbly until the next day.
