PREPARATION
Mix the salmon with the sour cream, mayonnaise and finely chopped pickles in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture. From the pieces of bread, with the help of a flower-shaped mold, extract canapes. The flower-shaped canapes are arranged in a mini-muffin tin and baked for 2-3 minutes at a temperature of 150° C.
