2 packs of Cookies with chocolate pieces
200 g powdered sugar
100 g softened butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
3-4 tablespoons of milk
chocolate chunks for decoration

PREPARATION

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar in a bowl. Gradually add the vanilla and 3 tablespoons of milk and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Put the mixture in a cooking syringe and fill half of the cakes with it. Overlap with the other half. The sandwich cakes prepared in this way are coated with the remaining cream and smeared in chocolate chunks.
