  • 500 g Extra white flour type 400
  • 180 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • ½ baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt to taste

For the filling:

  • tomato sauce
  • 10 pieces of broccoli
  • red pepper
  • 10 olives
  • 300 g yellow cheese
  • 250 g mushrooms

PREPARATION

In a deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and yeast. Then add the milk, yogurt, egg and oil. Knead a soft dough for 10 minutes, then leave to rise on the principle of cold fermentation - 4 hours in the refrigerator. The raised dough is divided into 4 parts and each part is rolled into a round crust. Coat each of the crusts with tomato sauce, add mushrooms, chopped red pepper, olives and grated yellow cheese or mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
