  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 170 ml lukewarm water

PREPARATION

In a deep bowl mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave it to rest for about 15 minutes, then divide it into 8 equal parts. Roll out each piece into a round shape and fry in oil over medium heat on both sides for 2 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.
