  • 2 potatoes, boiled and finely chopped
  • 2 eggs boiled and finely chopped
  • 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • salt and black pepper

PREPARATION

First, put the ingredients for the red cream salad in a bowl and mix until combined. Then mix all the ingredients for the white cream salad in another bowl until combined. In a pan, arrange slices of white toast bread, then apply a layer of white cream salad, then another layer of bread, a layer of red cream salad and finish with another layer of bread.
