PREPARATION

In a deep bowl, mix the flour, butter, yolk, vanilla extract and powdered sugar with a wooden spoon. From the mixture, knead a hard biscuit dough and divide it int two parts and put in a foil for fresh food. Leave in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0,5 cm and form cookies with a star-shaped mold. To make the Christmas tree, it is best to use 5 different mold sizes. Bake in a preheated oven at 190° C for about 10-12 minutes. Once the cookies are baked, place them on top of each other to form a Christmas tree.
