Wheat semolina type 400

Semolina is a wheat product obtained from the first stage of wheat grinding. It is characterized by a pale yellow colour (almost white), uniform granulation and great absorption power. It has high nutritional value. It is a natural product with no additives or preservatives and is an excellent food both for children and adults. Our semolina is an excellent basis or supplement to savoury and sweet dishes.

Ideal for preparing healthy baby food, various creams, halva, ravanija, dumplings, cakes, as well as breading and frying.
