It was a true pleasure to host the students from the “Kiro Gligorov” Primary School, who had the opportunity to see how, through modern technology and carefully controlled processes, a single grain of wheat is transformed into the bread we enjoy every day.
The students explored the entire journey of bread-making—from milling and kneading to baking and packaging—discovering that knowledge, dedication, and love go into every single slice.
The best moment of all was when they got to knead the dough themselves and taste freshly baked bread! With great joy, we share our tradition and expertise with the youngest generations, helping them discover the true value of the bread that brings us together every day.
