On November 11, Zito Luks AD Skopje donated equipment to improve the conditions of the children’s ward in the special hospital for orthopedics and traumatology St. Erasmo in Ohrid. The donation is a result of the humanitarian action of Zito Luks AD Skopje conducted from July 26 to August 31 in Ohrid and Struga – funds for the donation in this hospital were allocates from the cost of each purchased bread and flour. Through the implemented action, funds were collected for the children’s ward, with which, at the request of the hospital, equipment was procured: medical children’s beds, mattresses, TVs and refrigerators that were missing so far.
“We were surprised by the idea of Zito Luks and this is the first time a Macedonian company has donated something to our hospital in some way. The equipment requested by us will contribute a lot to improving the conditions in this unique institution of this type, especially when it comes to our youngest patients. “We hope that this example of Zito Luks will be followed by other Macedonian companies,” said Mitko Tileski, the hospital’s director.
