Member of the Elbisco Group
Zito Luks has been a member of the international group of companies Elbisco SA Greece for the last 20 years, which became an investor acquiring ownership of 55,47 % of the shares. The Elbisco Group accepted the core business of the company determined to further develop and modernize it.
The history of Elbisco begins in 1987, when Kyriakos Filipou bought the Hellenic Biscuit Company SA, which was created from the division of Allatini SA production and marketing. Since then, Elbisco has continued to develop Allatini consumer products – one of the oldest brands in Greece.
In 1988, Elbisco began started with a new production of rusks and bakeries under the Elite brand. In 1991, it bought the bakery company Kris Kris SA, and he merged it with Elite. In 1995, Elbisco bought the N. Vosinakis S.A., a rusk producer.
In 2001, the company acquired a majority stake in Zito Luks AD Skopje – the largest producer of flour, bread and baking products in the Republic of North Macedonia.
